The multi-blade impeller is eccentrically fixed in the pump casing for SK, 2SK, YK, and 2YK series liquid ring vacuum pumps.
When the vane rotates, the liquid in the pump body forms a concentric liquid ring with the pump casing under centrifugal action, and the volume between the liquid and the vane changes periodically, thereby playing a pumping role.
The liquid ring vacuum pump has the characteristics of low energy consumption and low noise.
They can be used to pump water vapor, flammable and explosive gases, as well as normal gases.
The main parts are made of special materials, which can also pump corrosive gases.
The appropriate working medium, or sometimes the pumped medium, can be selected as the working liquid, so the pump can handle almost all the industries widely used in the light industry, chemical industry, food, electric power, and pharmaceuticals.
